Turn Key Basis

The overall project calls for a total of 120.000 m2 of shopping mall space and 44.000 m2 of tower area. 

Of this, Denge Group has taken on the responsibility for the building of 164.000 m2 of the residential and commercial segment in 2011. The shopping mall consists of 10 floors and the tower consists 42 floors. The shopping mall area is completed by the end of 2012 the construction of tower section is completed one year later.
