Turn Key Basis

Begun in November of 2007 and financed by the Nurol Group, this project amounts to a total floor area of 40.000 m2. The first three floors cover 5.000 m2 each and the other floors vary from 300 m2 to 800 m2. Some floors in the 25-story tower have a height of 17 meters and a 29 meter beam-length distance between the columns. Standing 116 meters high over this picturesque Black Sea city in the southwest corner of Georgia, the Batumi Nurol Sheraton Hotel was built with Super Structural Construction Works (Reinforced Concrete) utilizing Table Formworks.
