Turn Key Basis

Owned and financed by Akis, the overall project calls for a total of 85.000 m2 of shopping mall space and 20.000 m2 of residential area. 

Denge Group has taken on the responsibility for the building of 105.000 m2 total. Construction was being done by utilizing the Industrial Table Formwork and Conventional Formwork Systems. The shopping mall consists of six floors and the residence portion is an 11-story tower. The total time frame for the completion of this project was ten months. And it was completed on time successfully.
