The project consists of 270 units, 335 parking space, a social facility area, and a 4 shopping retail area, built on 10.000 m2 land total of 44.000 m2.

Denge Group has taken on the responsibility for the building of 44.000 m2 total. Construction was being done by utilizing the Industrial Table Formwork and Conventional Formwork Systems. The project consists of 2 blocks, 24 floors and social area with swimming pool. The total timeframe for the completion of this project was 18 months. And it was completed on time successfully.
